Sterling Ranch in the News-Press

100 Providence Village residents, 1 Gig Internet, and more!

Alex DeWind of the Castle Rock News-Press wrote this article about Sterling Ranch and the 100 resident milestone the community recently reached. One tidbit Alex shared that I found interesting was that for every home built in Sterling Ranch, $3,000 goes directly to Douglas County roads. If you're weary of Denver's traffic and infrastructure situation, this is great news!

We've featured some of the information Alex shared in different Roundup posts, so in case you want to dive deeper, here are a few links to other Roundup posts. Thanks for the great article Alex!

1 gig Internet for all residents (working from home has never been easier!)
