Food trucks were outside the Sterling Center. The mountains loomed large, just 10 minutes away. The road bikes were out, and so were the joggers. It was a beautiful, warm November weekend day in Littleton's Sterling Ranch!


Here are a few pictures I snapped while touring with a client this morning. Like almost everyone we tour Sterling Ranch with, the client was enamored. We checked out Parkwood, Taylor Morrison, and Lennar lots. Build times are 9-12 months, and there are often quick move-in opportunities available if you'd like to move sooner. And as always, there are HUGE mountain view opportunities everywhere!
