Things get (a little) crazy when the Roundup's youngest editor takes over the camera
Jamie checks out the new Atlas Coffee in the Sterling Center
One of my favorite weekend activities in Sterling Ranch is touring the community and taking photos and videos of our client's under construction and new homes. Regular construction photos and videos are great for keeping our local - and especially non-local - clients updated on the status of construction of their homes. (Regular photos and videos are also part of Focus Real Estate's *free* Sterling Ranch New Construction Home Package, which also includes a projected "all-in" budget for your new construction home, professionals inspections of your home at the pre-drywall and pre-closing stages, design and finish consultations, full-service, white glove realtor services, and a 3D virtual model of your home, among many other benefits!).
Well, this past weekend while out and about we handed our camera over to the Roundup's youngest editor ... okay, okay my 5 year-old son Jamie. Here are a few of his photos, and some other photos he helped coordinate (blurry ant photos excluded)!
Jamie gives Dr. Lake a thumbs up
You have to try the apple juice at Atlas, says our young editor
Our young editor liked the mountain views (definitely a big perk in Sterling Ranch)
"A sign for bunnies?" asks Jamie. A nice conversation about responsible water use ensues.
