Here are two features in the Isla I wanted to flag for you, because I think they're cool. Also, keep in mind that Sterling Ranch's builders often have spec. homes, homes that fall out of contract, and former model homes that become available for sale from time to time. I love these homes, because you get the benefit of a brand-new, professionally-designed home without having to wait too long. And if the homes are only partially constructed, occasionally you can still make a few design tweaks before the home is completed. So you either get a professionally-designed, brand-new home on a short timeline, or you get a professionally-designed, brand-new home on a short timeline with a few of your own tweaks. Win-win!
