Lots continue to sell quickly in Littleton's Sterling Ranch
If you're interested in building a semi-custom Parkwood home in Sterling Ranch's first community, Providence Village, you may be running out of time. Parkwood released an additional 13 lots about 60 days ago, and those lots continue to sell at a brisk pace.
The lots on Middle Fork Street are sold out, while the lots on Bear River Street are almost sold out. By the way, one of the available lots on Bear River Street may be designated as a quick move-in home, so if you'd like more information on the quick move-in, such as the model being built, the pricing, and so on, shoot me a note (firstname.lastname@example.org). The 4 lots fronting Superior Circle, as well as the 4 lots fronting Estes Park Avenue, remain available but should sell before the end of the year.
