Sterling Ranch welcomed a new builder to the community today - TRI Pointe Homes. TRI Pointe recently acquired 54 lots in Sterling Ranch's next community, Ascent Village, and plans on building homes that start in the mid-$400Ks.
Here at Focus Real Estate we expect pre-sales to start in the next 12-18 months. And though we don't yet know which models and floor plans TRI Pointe will offer, TRI Pointe currently builds homes in Castle Rock, Arvada, Aurora, and Thornton and having toured many TRI Pointe homes, I'm excited for more beautiful, high-quality, modern homes that blend the best of high end finishes with efficient layouts. And I love the price point!
