Curious what's going on with Sterling Ranch's townhomes? We stopped by this weekend to see Dream Finders Homes' progress on the community's first townhomes.


The townhomes are located in Ascent Village, Sterling Ranch's second neighborhood, high on a mesa with big mountain views. The first series of 5 quick move-in townhomes will be complete starting in August 2020.

Prices range from $398,990 (8021 Yampa River Ave, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,420 sq. ft.) to $449,990 (8057 Yampa River, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,459 sq. ft.).
