Ever heard of an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)? If not, you might want to get acquainted with this cool new technology!
Ent Credit Union's newest location in the Sterling Center features state-of-the-art technology, including the ability to instantly issue debit cards and an ITM. What's an ITM you ask?
Well, an ITM is similar to a conventional ATM, except in addition to ATM functions an ITM allows you to speak to an Ent bank teller with the touch of a button. By chatting with a teller, you can do many of the things you'd do inside a normal bank branch. You can make account withdrawals without your debit card, deposit money, cash checks in real time, receive exact change (including coins), make loan payments, transfer money to other Ent accounts, and ask questions.
Ent drive-through ITMs
Ent's ITMs are also open longer than many bank branches. Ent's Sterling Ranch ITM is open 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday.
