Sterling Ranch's big summer! 100 resident families, $500M investment

Littleton's Sterling Ranch has reached the 100 family milestone, with more than 600 additional residents anticipated before the end of 2018


Touring Sterling Ranch recently, my husband remarked that it seems every week another block of beautiful new homes materializes out of the ether. Even on July 4th I noticed multiple construction crews working away. Sterling Ranch's 8 builders (Richmond, Lennar, CalAtlantic, Wonderland, Taylor Morrison, Parkwood, Brookfield, and Meritage) are building at a blistering pace, which makes the news that Providence Village officially crossed the 100 resident families mark incredible, but not all that surprising.


In addition to the 100 resident milestone, Sterling Ranch also announced that it is expecting over $500 million (!) of total investment in the community in 2018, with most of these funds going to roads, water systems, and other necessary infrastructure. There are also 200 homes under construction, with approximately 800 homes anticipated to come on line in the next 18 months. In fact, talking to several of the builders, they're already looking forward to the next community after Providence Village. That means new lots, new models, new floorplans, and new next-gen features! The builders are excited, my clients are excited, and I'm excited!
