Photographs of the new recreation center going up; 2020 opening appears on schedule
New Sterling Ranch recreation center is under construction
I was driving around Sterling Ranch yesterday snapping pictures of lots and decided to snap a few of the new recreation center. Check out the progress (more pictures at the bottom of this post)!
As you can see, framing is going up. Also, what appears to be part of an elevator shaft is being built. Right now it appears we could be seeing the new recreation center hit its 2020 opening goal.
The recreation center will feature a large pool with a patio deck, a community exercise facility, locker room facility, party pavilions, and a second floor “Great Hall." All Sterling Ranch residents will have access to the facility which is located on the eastern perimeter of Providence Village.
