Foundation being poured on gym and pool complex; early 2020 opening eyed
Construction on Sterling Ranch's first and largest recreation center is well underway. I stopped by the construction site this past weekend to snap a few pictures and as you can see, part of the foundation has been poured on the western portion of the building.
The recreation center will feature a large pool with a patio deck, a community exercise facility, locker room facility, party pavilions, and a second floor “Great Hall." All Sterling Ranch residents will have access to the facility which is located on the eastern perimeter of Providence Village.
Given the status of the construction site, we're still projecting a potential first quarter 2020 opening date here at the Roundup.
