Every homeowner in Sterling Ranch receives one free annual state parks pass for access to all 41 Colorado State Parks.
With a parks pass, residents can access Sterling Ranch's neighbor to the north, Chatfield State Park, as well as its neighbor to the south, Roxborough State Park. Or if you want to venture further, you might want to check out State Forest State Park near Walden (the moose viewing capitol of the state!) or perhaps Eldorado Canyon State Park near Boulder (over 500 technical climbing routes).
As more state parks open around Colorado, this is a great amenity for residents!
If you're a resident and need to pick up your annual pass, here's what you need to do:
Please either email patty.harrison@sterlingranchcab.com or call 720-661-9694 to coordinate a time to pick up your new state park pass voucher.
An application will be emailed to you. Fill out the top portion and initial the bottom indicating that you picked up the voucher. Email it back to patty.harrison@sterlingranchcab.com.
Once the application is received, we will then coordinate the time for you to pick up the voucher from the Resident Resource Center (blue trailer) for a contactless pickup.
Take your voucher to any Colorado State Parks office to exchange it for a permanent pass for you vehicle.
Happy exploring Sterling Ranch!
