One of the favorite parts of my job as your local Sterling Ranch realtor is tracking the builders' various sales promotion programs. Believe it or not, but not all new home sales programs are widely promoted. As just one recent example, a builder was concerned that potential buyers in community X might hear about a sales program available in community Y - and of course the builder wasn't offering the same program in both communities. So instead of broadly marketing the program, the builder discreetly promoted the program locally via word of mouth. Long story short, it's always fun uncovering new programs available to my Sterling Ranch clients!
