Families are changing - and fast. It's common now for grandparents, relatives, friends, and roommates to all live under the same roof, as part of the same family. For example, a client of mine is building a new home that four generations will live together in. Yes, four! Other families have live-in au pairs, which makes for an interesting housing situation. Still others are living with older children who moved back home to save money. And still others have renters leasing out a bedroom, basement, or carriage house.

The private suite is a completely functional separate living area - perfect for renters, grandparents, and whomever else you'd like to keep close by, but whom you don't necessarily want to share a kitchen or bathroom with every day. So you can see your twenty-something every day, or you can live separately under the same roof for a month and never say 'hi.' The SuperHome is that flexible.

The specs on the two quick move-ins are impressive. The SuperHome pictured at the top of this Roundup post is listed for $742,500 and has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This is a BIG home, folks. Total finished square footage is 4,155 square feet. The home also includes a three car garage (one of the garages can be dedicated to the private suite) and is located at 8134 Saint Vrain Avenue, Littleton, Colorado 80125.

The other quick move-in is listed for $727,500 and also has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 4,155 finished square feet. It comes with the Colorado Foothills Elevation and is located at 9704 Taylor River Circle, Littleton, Colorado 80125.
