Learn more about how we can help you sell your current home (for a reduced listing fee) and buy in Sterling Ranch

If you're thinking about buying in Littleton's Sterling Ranch community, I have good news for you! Here at Focus Real Estate and the Sterling Ranch Roundup, we often help our clients sell their current homes around Denver for a reduced listing fee. Whether you live in Highlands Ranch, Golden, Stapleton, or elsewhere, we've helped sell hundreds of homes around Denver.

When listing a home, we help with staging guidance and repairs/contractors, produce videos and 3D tours, host open houses, and otherwise expertly market your current home. We also synch the timing between the close of your current home and the close of your new Sterling Ranch home.

And then when it comes to your Sterling Ranch home, here's what we offer:

Sterling Ranch Roundup New Construction Home Package (*All included, at no cost*)

1. Projected "all-in" budget for your new home

2. Builder, lot selection, construction, and design center, fit, and finish consultations

3. 3D Matterport digital model of your home

4. Home inspections by a professional inspector with new home expertise

5. Regular on-site photographs/videos of your home during construction

6. Full-service realtor services to close on the purchase of your home

7. On-demand legal services provided by Focus' in-house real estate attorney, if needed

How is this all included, at no cost?

Whether you're building a Lennar, Parkwood, Brookfield, Richmond, or any other builder, your builder - and not you - pays a commission to your realtor when your new home is completed. If you build without a realtor, your builder will keep the commission for itself (and builders won't reduce the home price if a buyer is unrepresented – the buyer still pays the same amount for their new home).
