Lennar's new incentive for homes in Littleton's Providence Village is hard to beat

As your local Sterling Ranch realtor, I'm always tracking new home sales incentive programs. Believe it or not, but not all incentive programs are widely promoted (more on that here). Also, some incentives are only available for a short time. For example, for exactly one week in August Lennar was offering a free covered patio if you signed your purchase contract that week. Ultimately, the onus is on you (and your realtor) to get the inside track on incentives you might qualify for, and to lobby your builder to make sure you qualify. After all, who wants to leave money on the table when purchasing a home?

We're entering a great time of year to buy a new home. Builders want to close out the fourth quarter with as few unsold lots and homes as possible. Historically, we've seen different builders offer free basements, design center credits, and reduced lot premiums to help move homes.

As just one example of a current incentive, check out the latest from Lennar. For a limited time Lennar will pay up to $5,000 of your closing costs if you finance the purchase of your home through Eagle Home Mortgage. So for example, if you're interested in the beautiful Silverleaf in the photograph above, or if you'd like to build an amazing Lennar SuperHome, this incentive program is potentially available to you!

Lennar always has a great inventory of quick move-ins and often runs different promotional and incentive programs to help move its lot and quick move-in home inventory. Right now, Lennar and its sister company, CalAtlantic, are advertising 47 quick move-ins that will come onto the market over the next 6 or so months in Sterling Ranch. I would not be surprised if Lennar and CalAtlantic continue to push aggressive incentives out to homebuyers to help move those homes!
