The average price of a home in Denver set a record in February by crossing the $500,000 mark according to the Denver Post. Which makes the three Lennar spec. homes currently scheduled to be completed in April of 2018 even more intriguing.


For example, the 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom Ash (shown above and below) is a well-put-together 1,811 square feet with a gorgeous open floorplan on the first floor.
