Last February, the average single family home price in Denver passed the $500K mark for the first time ever. While this was great news for many current homeowners, this wasn't great news for many buyers. I don't know how many times I've heard our home-buying clients tell me how hard it is to find a high quality, 2,000+ square foot single family home under that magic $500K price point in the Denver metro area. Well, good news, friends!
Right now, Lennar has 15 quick move-ins available in Littleton's Sterling Ranch neighborhood, just south of Chatfield Reservoir, under $500K.
