One of the services Focus Real Estate offers our Sterling Ranch clients - free of charge - is virtual 3D tours. If you're building a home, we'll provide you with a 3D tour both at the pre-drywall stage so you know where all the wires/plumbing/studs are, and before you move in. If you're reselling a home, we'll provide a 3D tour for marketing purposes. The goal is to have as many buyers as possible tour your home, whether they're out-of-state or just down the street. 80% of homebuyers now start their searches online, and if you have a 3D tour, more buyers will see your home, tour your home, and hopefully fall in love with your home!
