Here's a picture I took a few days ago in Taylor Morrison's Aspen model home in Sterling Ranch. It's unusual to see two stories of expansive, artistic tile work in a great room, but Taylor Morrison executed on the concept extremely well in my humble opinion.
Taylor Morrison has two spec. homes that will be completed in July 2018 available for purchase today - the 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3,704 square foot Avon listed for $877,292, and a 3,510 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4 bath Aspen listed for $925,697.
Also, if you love the feng shui of high ground and expansive views like I do, Taylor Morrison has some of the best available lots in Sterling Ranch - directly across the street from Burns Park, on some of the highest elevations in Providence Village.
